Welling Construction

Welling Construction Inc. has been owned and operated by the Welling family since 1971. Formally known as Welling Homes, the company was founded by Raymond Welling and his brother-in-law, Warren Fisher. The two began building new homes, with a commitment to providing high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service on every job.

In 1986 Gary Welling Sr. took over the business from his late father and uncle. Over the next 15 years, he continued to build a reputation as a premier custom home builder. In 2000 and 2001, Gary’s sons Sean and Gary Jr. joined the family business. With a name change to Welling Construction Inc., father and sons have continued to expand the businesses by offering new home construction throughout the tri-state area.

In addition to expanding its service area, Welling Construction, Inc. also began entering new markets, such as commercial and development industries. Today, Welling Construction, Inc. housing developments and small business construction projects can be found throughout northwest Ohio, southeast, northwest Indiana and lower Michigan.
